I first met WALKER when a company opened up using an almost identical name as mine they just added two letters to there's my customers was totally confused and was tricked into using them instead of me after about a year and a half of litigation we prevailed and forced that company to change there name that company closed their doors after only six months later so I recommend Mr. Walker completely.

I hired David S. Walker to represent the Estate in a “Will” probate contest. David did a great job. He always returned phone calls promptly and explained all procedures of the pretrial motion hearings and during the three days of trial. In court, he was professional, well prepared, confident and calm, organized, and thorough. He had a good rapport with the judge, and was polite to all the witnesses on both sides. David spent the necessary time to research all the case law and find cases that he presented in an excellent closing argument that ultimately won the day. David is an exceptional attorney.

I have hired David Walker to act as my attorney many times for both business and personal legal matters over a 15 year period. He was hired as my attorney to help me successfully execute my parent’s will. He was hired for a lawsuit my company had with a contractor who refused to pay me as a subcontractor. I was awarded and receved all the money due me. Most recently, I hired David to negotiate a Buy-Sell Agreement for my company. This negotiation was settled very satisfactorily. I would recommend David for both personal and business legal matters.

The lawyer, and his office personal, have help me with and thru several situations. From a divorce,property sells to HOA problems. Mr. David S. Walker has assisted me with legal matters over the past 35 years. He is now concentrating on wills and probate, family law, and business matters and he previously worked in many different areas with execellent results. Some years ago I had a personal injury case that was settled quickly due to Mr. Walker's expertise facilitating my case. Mr. Walker has assisted my husband and me with our wills and updated codicils over the past years, he always makes sure we are informed of the current changes in the law and advises us accordingly. I entrusted my Mother to David for her will and other Elder Care legal matters a few years ago. I have referred Mr. Walker 20+ friends over the years for personal injury, divorce proceedings, child custody, etc. and all have been extremely appreciative. I would highly recommend David for your legal matters.

My wife and I meet Mr. Walker in 2010 when he constructed our will. Unfortunately in 2014 I lost my wife to cancer. Walker assisted me in her estate and was able to get it all taken care of with relative ease. Walker is hard working and knows the court system to get you an outcome that is in your favor. I definitely recommend Mr. Walker.

No divorce is pleasant. I know mine was a total nightmare, but having David on my side made it a bit better. He genuinely cared about my family, and always put my children's best interest first. He was knowledgeable in child custody law and set realistic expectations for the outcome. Then, in Court, he presented my case so well that the outcome far exceeded what we were hoping for. I'm so glad I chose David. His experience with Judges in Gwinnett County was reassuring and his assistant Sandy went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. I would recommend David to anyone.

Mr. Walker represented my company in 3 cases, in state and magistrate court. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and represented the company well. I was extremely impressed by his thoroughness in dissecting the opponent's cases, addressing each piece of evidence. He knew what to address, and what to ignore. We prevailed in 2 cases and reached a settlement agreement in the 3 case. I highly recommend David and his law firm.
